To begin the recipe, make the  broth-based marinade in a large  bowl. Submerge the breast,  turning at the halfway marinade point.

Next, brown the marinated turkey breast lightly in south Louisiana seasonings.

Now, use chicken broth to  deglaze the pot of the pan drippings.

Then, brown the Cajun trinity veggies in the pot. Add the  garlic and cook for just one more minute.

Reduce heat, and stir the  remaining broth into the pot along with the veggies.
