Arrange the shrimp balls over the remaining gravy in the pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from oven.
Let cool for a few minutes, then serve with rice, pasta or cauliflower rice.
The shrimp ball mixture is going to be very wet if you use GF bread crumbs or almond flour. However, you can follow the recipe as written if you use GF bread crumbs. If using almond flour, form the shrimp balls and arrange them on a baking sheet. Then, freeze the tray for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 20 minutes before submerging in the gravy and baking.
