An easy yet highly impressive breakfast, snack or dessert, this brûléed bananas Foster yogurt bowl required only 6 ingredients and a kitchen torch or broiler.

Ingredients
1cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt
1tablespoon maple syrup
¼teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼cup finely chopped pecan pieces
1sliced banana
2 to 3 tablespoonsbrown sugar
Instructions
Pour the yogurt into a bowl. maple syrup, cinnamon and about ¼ of the chopped pecan pieces into a bowl.
Stir the maple syrup, cinnamon and about ¼ of the chopped pecan pieces into the yogurt. Set aside.
Arrange the banana slices on a heat-proof tray.
Top each slice with a generous amount of brown sugar.
Ignite a kitchen torch. Glide the torch back and forth over each banana slice until browned and bubbly.
Top the yogurt with the brûléed banana slices and the remaining pecan pieces.
Serve immediately.
Notes
If you don't have a kitchen torch, heat your oven to broil. Slide the brown sugar-covered banana slices under the broiler, and broil until brûléed. Check the slices often, as they can burn quickly.
