Soft, buttery gluten free crackers are basted with an easy, ultra-flavorful covering of olive oil and south Louisiana spices before being baked for just 10 minutes.
Pour the olive oil, GF ranch dressing, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt and black pepper into a bowl.
Stir the mixture until well-combined.
Pour about ⅓ of the mixture onto the bottom of two cast iron skillets or a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Arrange the gluten free crackers gently over the bottom of the mixture in the skillets or baking dish.
Use a basting brush to baste the GF crackers with the olive oil/spice mixture. If you need a bit more oil to cover all of the crackers, add the oil to the remaining spices to finish the basting process.
Bake the Cajun crackers for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add more olive oil to the spice blend if you run out of oil during the cracker basting process.
