Ingredients

large head cauliflower
chopped into florets

cup
mayo

hard-boiled eggs
peeled and chopped

tablespoons
yellow mustard
¼
tablespoon
Creole mustard

tablespoons
GF ranch dressing
⅓
cup
chopped green bell pepper
⅓
cup
chopped green onions
⅓
cup
chopped celery
1 to 2
tablespoons
chopped dill pickle

tablespoon
chopped fresh parsley

teaspoon
paprika plus two pinches for garnish

minced garlic clove
SP&C to taste
Instructions
Steam cauliflower until fork-tender. Drain, and pour into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well-combined.
Enjoy warm or refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
This recipe keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days. It does not freeze well.
