I made my own bread crumbs out of a gluten free hamburger bun. I buttered the bun halves, then covered them with a generous sprinkling of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Finally, I baked them in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 6 to 8 minutes, until baked through and browned on top. Then, I let them cool for about 15 minutes so they would harden. Finally, I put them in the blender and pulsed until bread crumb consistency was achieved.This added a lot of extra flavor to the dish. So, if you like it spice-heavy like me, you might want to make your own GF breadcrumbs or buy seasoned store bought bread crumbs.
