Sausage

Sausage plays a very big role in Cajun& Creole cooking, as evident in classic dishes such as gumbo, jambalaya, and butter beans.

I love sausage recipes so much that I incorporate them into my permanent menu rotation, and create original recipes that highlight them, including my Cajun sausage pasta, beef sausage bites, Cajun shrimp & sausage Alfredo, and Cajun fried rice.
