Warm and cozy soups hold a special place in my heart. I live on them in the winter, and cook them often the rest of the year. My take on my Mom's Vegetable Beef Soup, and my Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, and Shrimp and Corn Bisque hold special places in my heart.
I also really look forward to making Cajun Chicken Noodle Soup and Cajun French Onion Pot Roast Soup, as they both have sky-high comfort food levels that satisfy my body and soul.
