Condiments

You need just the right condiment to enjoy many Cajun dishes as they were intended. For example, Cajun fried shrimp was made to be eaten with Cajun tartar sauce.

And, New Orleans-style remoulade sauce pairs so well with so many regional dishes, such as fried red tomatoes and Cajun crab cakes, that it's become a beloved, essential ingredient over time.

That said, more modern sauces, such as my Cajun BBQ sauce and Cajun cocktail sauce, are great to whip up in minutes to enhance the flavors of many types of dishes.
