I spent many years creating and perfecting The Trinity Roux™. It is my personal labor of love for the culture of my home state, South Louisiana, and for the city of my birth, New Orleans.
Because of my roux, we can all have Creole Gumbo, Cajun Shrimp Stew, Catfish Courtbouillon, Grillades, and so much more, with ALL the flavors of their classic counterparts.
